Kenney Lake Fair

Last week I went to a fair with my family...

My older sister and I had a booth where we were selling our own handcrafted things. I had laid out on my side of the table my paintings and painted light fixtures, rocks and boxes. Rachel, on her side, had her beautiful note book covers and headbands. We didn't do as well as we hoped...but it was fun, lot's of people stopped by and commented, and some even took a business card with them. :)

I sold this light-switch fixture. It is one of my favorites, I made two of them and they both sold really fast, seems people  really like him. I'm going to miss the guy...

I sold this cat rock...the lady who bought it walked off saying " My husband is going to have a fit when he hears I bought a rock for $35!" Hehehe...

A lady was going to buy this box but never came back with the money... :-/

Every time I have a table at one of these events though, I learn something new, ways that I could improve my customer service, and what people are looking for, and how I could do better in decorating my table and making it more attractive. Things like that. ;)
